Emily, while battling ovarian cancer, spent every day trying to bring a little magic to the lives of the people around her. She was a Disney fan from the moment her mother went into labor at Disney on Ice, and spent her last year traveling to Disney, her happiest place.
Every day she shared one Happy Thought online, to hopefully inspire others to keep thinking positively. Her one wish was for Disney to have a Prince and Princess to be honored every day at the Magic Kingdom, for anyone, young or old, who loves Disney as much as she did.
In honor of her memory, we are working to make this wish come true: We are want to create a program for a Disney Prince/Princess for the day that is inclusive of all ages. But we have a long journey ahead of us and we want to help build the community of Disney fans to make this wish come true - not just for Emily - but for all future Disney princes and princesses.
The Emm's Wish buttons are a way to share Emily's story and her wish. By wearing a button and sharing your #HappyThoughts, you can share the magic she felt every day and promote her wish for every person to be treated like Disney royalty. In doing so, you may be able to help others in their time of need find happiness and help spread the magic of Disney.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED:
Request a button and we'll ship you a button to wear - please let us know your shipping address! We don't charge anything for the buttons. We simply ask you spread the word!
If you attend any Disney-related event or go to any of the Disney parks, wear your Emm's Wish button! Please share your photos with us on Instagram or Facebook and use the hashtags #emmswish and #HappyThoughts.
For the caption, include a "happy thought." Almost daily, Emily would publish her happy thought to inspire her followers, and remind them to stay positive no matter what. ♥
If anyone asks about the button, please share the story and send them to the website for their own Emm's Wish button.
